Through classes, retreats, circles, meditations, yoga and trauma exercises.Rooted&Open's goal is to create a space where women can safely share the truth of their lives and be seen in the vulernable places they hide from the world. It is through connection, being seen, sharing truth and holding space that women start to release fears and come home to who she has always been.When you show up to a Rooted&Open event you are saying yes to yourself and to being seen by women who want to see you, know you, and celebrate you.
