We offer a variety of talking therapies to individuals, couples and families. We work with organisations to improve the physical and psychological wellbeing of employees to ensure resilience and future growth. Workshops and training is offered to both clinicians and the general public on areas related to emotional well-being. We also deliver clinical supervision to trainee/qualified therapists, people involved in the care, education and social work sectors.
