Burten, Bell, Carr Development, Incorporated (BBC) is a non-profit neighborhood development organization founded in 1990 that serves Cleveland’s Central, Kinsman, and Garden Valley neighborhoods (Ward 5). Our mission is to empower citizens, and revitalize blighted and underserved communities.Classes are held at CornUcopia Place, a community facility providing nutrition education, cooking demonstrations, an open multi-purpose space available for private events and functions on a rental basis, and a harvest preparation station for use by local market gardeners.
