Moving Meditations features healing movement with Rissa Wray. Rissa is a Thai massage therapist, yoga teacher, mobility coach, and conflict resolution in the workplace trainer. She has been working in the healing arts for over 10 years, offering individual and group health and wellness services in the Tampa Bay, FL area and beyond! She has studied in Thailand four times over the years in order to immerse herself in Thai healing so that she may be of better service to her students and clients. She also specializes in Ruesi Dat Ton (Thai yoga), Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Hatha yoga, flow yoga, yin and restorative yoga, and breathwork.
