Olga Vtorushina drives Social Learning Talent as a social learning agency. She is an independent leadership advisor, a fellow in Social Learning Leadership, and also a Social Learning Agent in Denmark for Etienne and Beverly Wenger-Trayner. With a strong focus on social learning, Olga works as a management consultant, specializing in the evaluation and development of social learning and value creation within both private and public organizations, including communities of practice.
