Heather is a yoga mom living on the southern oregon coast with her partner, her kids and two elderly dogs. She teaches weekly yoga classes and private lessons at her yoga and massage studio. She has been running her studio Vital Current Yoga Center for over a decade and has been a dedicated student of yoga for almost 20 years. Heather’s classes integrate skillful cueing, accessibility, somatics and mindfulness. Her massage style is wholistic and consider the entire person, not solely their body. Heather and her partner Charlie host yoga and writing retreats throughout Oregon. Heather has been leading and organizing retreats and workshops for many years.
