Jenn and Kat are good friends and fellow social justice advocates who love to geek out about racial justice, implicit biases, and what it means to break out of systemic systems of oppression.Jenn is a native Texan who spent 18 years in New York City working in criminal justice reform as a program manager, facilitator, and community organizer, among other roles. She is passionate about racial justice, creating space for difficult conversations, learning about other cultures, and talking to strangers. Jenn currently lives in Austin and works as a therapist and social justice consultant.Kat is a therapist in private practice here in Austin specializing in grief, loss, and trauma. She loves to deep dive into the intersections of loss, resiliency, and life, and hard conversations.
