Within these inviting rooms, nationally renowned cookbook authors and local chefs present instruction and demonstrations on preparing delicious food, simple to sublime.HGS Home Chef is contained within a historic 1870's Victorian house that has been completely and lovingly restored to its original charm, filled with brightness, color and light. Our teaching kitchen on the first floor is dedicated to hands-on classes and demonstrations.
