She has over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry holding a variety of roles including production in residential sales, team executive assistant, brokerage compliance officer and eventually a designated broker and owner. She has an entrepreneurial  background, opening & operating her own personal fitness studio for over  8 years as well as bar design and management for 4 years. Her  career path has led her to becoming an expert in real estate education, operations, mentorship, and leadership development.Amber holds multiple certifications and designations as well as a TREC qualifying course instructor specializing in all three GRI courses, Legal I & II, Broker Responsibility, multiple Contracts courses, Social Media, Pricing/CMA, Negotiations, Business Planning, and Risk Reduction classes. Amber serves on multiple national, state and local association committees ranging from MLS/Technology, Professional Standards, Risk Reduction and Professional Development committees. She is a driven leader who loves to push the boundaries for growth while finding new and improved ways of shaping the real estate industry.
