Born on the sunny island of Singapore, Chun has been dancing freestyle for 12 years professionally, winner of Singapore’s Got Talent 2020, a finalist in numerous dance competitions such as Singapore Dance Delight Vol.1, Singapore Best Dance Crew, Groove in the West, Dance Xplosion!, Suntec Dance as Sickin’ Freaks, Blonde Voyage Crew, Danz Edition and Backstreet Girlz. In 2010, she won Best Dancer at Singapore Best Dance Crew.Through Ocean Butterfly record label, she has choreographed for Asia’s top artistes like Agnes Monica (indonesia), By2 (Taiwan), Wang Li Hong to name a few.In New York City, she has won top 21 on New York Got Talent, performed in Off-Broadway productions like Double It, as well as full dance productions like Estado Ingravitto choreographed by Ashle Dawson. She has also danced on Good Morning America, ABC Live, and for companies such as the New York Times (Times Square), PureWow, Pastry Sneakers, and at Lincoln Center Summerstage, NYC Dance Parade and at Brooklyn Arts Museum. She has worked with numerous artistes and venues like NYBG. She currently aims to create performance art with lighting, tech and VR specifically! She is thrilled to be a resident artists of this Jump into the light family and excited to create & collaborate!Currently based in Singapore teaching a partner dance called Hustle Dance, come check her classes out at En Motion Dance Studios (Orchard, Singapore) every Thursday!
