Hi, I'm Kerry, a trauma-informed Mindfulness Teacher and Meditation Coach with a passion for integrative, mind-body-spirit wellbeing. My work weaves the wisdom of ancient traditions with modern science, blending mindful self-enquiry, polyvagal-informed somatic awareness, breathwork, visualisation, and body-based nervous system regulation practices.
