Hey, we're Maddie Overturf, a CYT 200 yoga instructor, and Cody Martin, RYT 200 certified. As inseparable friends, our shared passion extends to various forms of movement, from yoga and pilates to even embracing the world of golf. Our joint escapades have led us to numerous countries, but the Delaware beaches have become our cherished weekend retreat during the summer.Our journey began with a simple realization – that the joy of movement and a sense of belonging can blossom in unexpected places, whether it's on the beach, at breweries, or beyond. All of Happy Bodies events will be held in an untraditional location. We cannot wait to connect with the community of southern Delaware.
