Breanne is a certified yoga instructor with training from Mocean Yoga in Royston, BC specializing in flow and restorative yoga. Born and raised in Campbell River, she has worked with Ocean Mountain Yoga, Session Studio and the City of Campbell River to bring unique classes to her community, from private to groups of 130 students.Breanne’s ambition is to help students cultivate the connection between their breath, body and mind. Through compassionate and inclusive teachings, her classes are aimed at empowering people to live in the present moment and better handle external stressors of life.Breanne loves to spend time outdoors in her free time, connecting with nature, and spending time with family.
