Laura is a dedicated holistic practitioner passionate about guiding transformative journeys withcompassion and care. Her own journey began with the discovery of the power of Yoga, Pilates, andRelaxation techniques at the age of 18. Over a decade, she immersed herself in diverse cultures,deepening her understanding of holistic wellness.Having experienced childhood traumas and personal injuries, Laura felt a deep calling to healing,leading her to become a Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor.She expanded her practice through daily meditation and immersed herself in Shamanic healing, Reiki,Firewalking, Breathwork, and Motivational coaching. Through her experiences and working withothers, Laura witnessed profound transformations as individuals tapped into their inner power andreconnected with their true selves. With a foundation in dance, singing, physiotherapy, Pilates, andspirituality, Laura offers an extensive range of modalities. Her services encompass Shamanicpractices, Breathwork, Reiki, motivational coaching, firewalking, as well as therapeutic (clinical)/sportmassage.Her joy lies in empowering individuals to reclaim their power, find their voice, connect with theirroots, and remember their true essence.Additionally, Laura hosts drumming and singing circles twice a month on Thursday evenings.Everyone is welcomed, regardless of previous experience. "Everybody can sing!"she says. Come andjoin this vibrant community to drum and sing together. It's a safe place where we connect withourselves through our voices and learn how to use them freely. With these drumming and singingcircles, Laura fosters a sense of community and connection, providing a space for individuals toexpress themselves authentically and find harmony within.
