Hey you, my name is Carla and I am a Life Coach, Breathwork Healer and Soul Vision Mentor. I believe in expanding our consciousness through Self Liberation of past pain and stuck emotions. I support others in getting clarity on their life vision and selfhealing the subconscious blockages that stand in the way. I believe that the key to happiness and success is the ability to express all of you authentically and freely. To speak your truth, to own your gifts and to walk your unqiue path. It took me many detours and learning experiences (from management consultant to startup founder) to find my most authentic path and the courage to acutally walk it. I have taken the most transformative tools from my various coaching & healing educations (ICF, Mental Coaching, Hypnosis, NLP, Breathwork) to form a holsitc integrative approach to hold the best possible space for your growth.
