Heidi’s expertise in both the culinary and creative arts brings a unique, engaging approach to food education, helping individuals build confidence in the kitchen while nourishing their bodies.The center also offers immersive wellness experiences, workshops, and day retreats in Osterville, featuring activities such as yoga, meditation, skincare, crystal healing, Reiki classes, and group coaching.
