Lindi is a heart opener, nervous system regulator, and mind-body connector. She has a natural gift of making people feel seen, safe, accepted, and empowered to be their full authentic selves. She loves to create opportunities for healing through playful peace weaving and mindfulness-based practices.She is the founder of Embodied Explorations, a lightly facilitated free form movement exploration. She is also a certified 200-hour Science of Mindful Awareness Yoga Teacher and is on her way to becoming a Yoga Therapist. She holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park, where she gained extensive Dance Improvisation training.Her approach is unique and can be customized to bring balance and healing to individuals and groups.
