Open Voice is a holistic vocal studio founded by Kendy Gable, located at the Lobe Block in Berlin, Germany. Through workshops, individual sessions and courses, you are invited to go inward to feel and embrace the voice that is inside of you. Each class, session and workshop includes gentle vocalizations, movement, grounding and alignment exercises, yoga nidra, vocalizing with the support of the droning shruti box, meditation, mantra singing and poetry. We learn to let go and release the tensions that we hold in our body and in our minds. Once we do this an inner strength surfaces and we create more space within ourselves, more than we ever thought possible.Your voice is not solely of your mouth, lungs, diaphragm and vocal chords. Your voice is your body inside and out in its entirety. It is the vibration of your entire being, of all of the cells that make you, you. This vibration is healing and is located deep within your body. Through singing, we have the ability to balance our physical, emotional and mental selves. Open Voice is a way of approaching singing and speaking in a holistic, nourishing and supported manner.About KendyKendy Gable is the founder of Open Voice a holistic vocal studio located in Berlin, Germany & online. She teaches individual and group sessions online and in-person throughout Europe and the United States. Additionally, Kendy facilitates the vocal and mantra education module for Advanced Yoga Teacher Trainings.
