Emotion Skills Ireland offers training, guidance and consultation in emotion-focused approaches to supporting young people in distress. Dr. Ciara Joyce and Orla McLoughlin are chartered psychologists with decades of experience in training and clinical support, and now they are bringing Emotion-Focused Skills Training (EFST) to Ireland. By working with the adults who are on the front line dealing with young people's intense emotions and challenging behaviour, EFST facilitates the development of simple and effective tools to navigate emotional upheaval and transform relationships.
