This event is hosted by the Wilmington (DE) Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides community service throughout the world.Chartered on March 6, 1949 in Wilmington, we have a track record of addressing social needs in New Castle County.
