Our organization firmly believes that just as systemic forces can create hopelessness, a systematic approach can restore it. Driven by this belief, we strive to empower individuals and communities, catalyzing lasting change and rebuilding lives.Guided by our visionary founder and Executive Director, Dr. Stephanie Hampton Credle, TLRH was born out of her personal transformation and a divine inspiration to extend that transformation to others. With unwavering faith that what was possible for her is possible for everyone, Stephanie has developed a holistic program grounded in proven principles. TLRH is headquartered in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, and we proudly extend our outreach programs to southeastern Virginia as well.TLRH focuses on serving socially, economically, and educationally disadvantaged individuals and communities. We are committed to fostering personal growth and development among women, minorities, and individuals with disabilities. Building Self-Worth and Confidence: TLRH's programs are designed to provide individuals with the necessary tools and support to enhance their self-worth and boost confidence. By recognizing and nurturing their unique abilities and talents, we help our clients realize their full potential.2. Meeting Basic Human Needs: We understand that meeting basic human needs is fundamental to personal growth. TLRH strives to ensure that individuals have access to essential resources, such as clothing, food, and other necessities, enabling them to focus on their personal development journey.3. Personal Growth and Development: TLRH is dedicated to offering outreach programs that support economically disadvantaged citizens and those seeking personal growth. Two key initiatives include Lily's Boutique and Fish and Loaves.
