Meet Brian, the founder of Primal Breathwork, originally from Australia and now based in the vibrant city of Hong Kong. It was during a challenging chapter in his life when he first moved to Hong Kong in 2014 that he discovered the transformative power of the breath.Brian's journey led him to a fortuitous encounter with Wim Hof, widely known as the Iceman. Under the direct tutelage of Wim Hof himself beginning in 2016, Brian became the first certified instructor in the Asia-Pacific region, igniting a lifelong commitment to empowering others through the breath.Driven by a beginner’s mind, Brian has expanded his knowledge and skills over the next several years by training with various experts in the field of breath and beyond. Some of his notable teachers include breathwork pioneer Dan Brulé (coach to Tony Robbins and Navy SEALs), Oxygen Advantage's Patrick McKeown, 4x WC free diver Stig Severinsen, world renowned biohacker Kasper Van Der Muelen, , XPT (Extreme Performance Training™) and Baba Ji in India. He has shared his knowledge and expertise with thousands of people across Asia and beyond including elite athletes, fortune 500 companies and schools.Combining all of his learnings from around the world, Brian is now currently based in Hong Kong and on a mission to help the people of Hong Kong and Asia improve their quality of life by breathing better.
