Phase 2 builds on what you learned in the first phase, further exploring coaching science and application on the field and in the gym.

This four-day phase heavily focuses on the art and science of coaching-enhancing the student’s understanding of instruction, feedback, and practice design. You will also learn advanced theory and methods concerning movement skills, strength, and Energy Systems Development, ultimately creating an experience that will enhance your communication strategies for the betterment of your athletes’ performance.

• Coaching collaboration and coaching evaluation sessions
• TEC Model: Identification of movement errors and how best to correct them
• Application of the TEC Model to advanced linear and multidirectional-speed training
