Namaste and Welcome!My name is Jamie Nicholas and I'm the proud founder ofMighty Mindful Beings. I live in sunny Colorado Springs with my family. I'm a certified Meditation & Mindfulness Coach from the School of Positive Transformation, a passionate wellness programs director & certified Level 2 Reiki Practitioner. Mighty Mindful Beings was born in July of 2021 with a vision to bring hope, healing, & happiness into the community. What started off as a personal journey to live more mindfully, build resilient happiness, and be able to ride the waves of life quickly grew into a vision to support others in the same way.
