Led by and delivered for local residents, the programme seeks to challenge traditional notions of ‘art and culture’ – who makes it, where it is made and who it is for. We believe that art and culture is for everyone. Creative Basildon aims to develop events and experiences that celebrate Basildon and its communities across its five towns.
