The enterprise provides different training services under different brands, such as Languages.lu (for language courses and language camps - working with children, teenagers and adults), Leadership Academy and Inspiring Wo-Men for soft skills (communication skills, teamwork, time management, problem solving, conflict resolution), entrepreneurship, leadership, civic engagement and participation. We have published 9 language learning materials (games, books for children etc), a mobile application, two books on leadership role models from Luxembourg and the Greater Region, and organised more than 100 conferences, to promote entrepreneurship, leadership, inclusion and diversity, as well as democracy and inclusive democratic participation. Our social enterprise has been a great laboratory for testing new concepts & innovative teaching methodogies. A concrete example is the way we have been teaching languages for more than 10 years, by allowing learners to be immersed in the language, have fun and be involved in interesting educational activities, such as a cooking, using arts, financial education, which improving also skills such as team work, communication and conflict management skills. For several years we organized non formal educational activities, e.g. monthly language cafés, visits of the Luxembourgish and European Parliament in Strasbourg, meetings with MPs from different parties, current and former MEPs. We noticed an
increasing interest in the international community for such non formal practice activities while learning about the local, national and EU institutions. In 2022 alone, more than 1000 participants took part in the visits of the Parliament and meetings with MPs that our CEO, Clara Moraru, has been organizing since 2017 under the slogans "Let's demistify politics" and "Politics for all".
