With a bachelor's degree in food science and nutrition at UBC, making ice cream is more than just good taste…it’s science! Sweet, salty, sour, bitter and umami, we use science to craft our wildly inventive flavours. Our approach comes from years and years of experiments, a curious mind and an endless pursuit of flavour.
