She believes in inherent truths and the wisdom to be found in the natural world. When not walking through woods and fields or swimming in the sea, Finola can be found at The Cedar Tree, a wellbeing centre in Blandford Forum where she is passionate about creating community and sharing creativity writing, poetry, stories and movement.
