Hi thereMy name is Emily and I teach Yin Yoga. I've been teaching Yin for 4 years now, after completing 300 hour Yin Yoga Teacher training in Goa, India. I have a background as a Wellbeing Coach, along with working with Children in Art and Yoga.My Yin classes are specifically designed to relax the body and mind - through breathwork, meditation and stillness.
