Hi I’m Inner Knowings, also known as Lorna. I’m a Worcester-based creative and workshop facilitator, passionate about using creativity as a tool for mindfulness and wellbeing.For me, creativity is more than just a hobby, its a source of joy, a way to process thoughts and ideas and, in many ways, it’s my meditation. It also connects me to some really wonderful people, which I’m enormously grateful for! Not a day goes by without me being inspired or learning something new!I aim to balance my own ‘creative timeout’ with helping others discover theirs. Through community sessions, workshops and collaborative projects, I encourage people to explore techniques that support wellbeing while having fun. I truly believe everyone has creativity within them—it’s just about finding the right way to connect with it.
