From my early days of singing in kindergarten programs to playing clarinet in my high school marching band, music has always been a source of healing and joy for me. It wasn’t until I experienced my own need for physical and emotional healing that I found sound baths as a modality to ease inflammation, grief and trauma in my own body. Being a sound bath and reiki practitioner over the past several years and recently adding yin yoga certification to my set of tools, I bring the experience of over 100+ sound bath sessions conducted for both individuals and group settings, that have offered transformative experiences for all who've attended.
