Phillip Baynard “Shrugs”is thee Entrepreneur Extraordinaire! Born and raised in Louisville, KY. I am a graduate of duPont Manual High School/Youth Performing Arts School and Sullivan University. After graduating from Sullivan, I spent many years in the childcare and human services field. During that time I started my own company called PAB Management.
