Hello my name is Rosie McLoughlin, I'm a certified Forest Bathing Guide and Applied Psychologist with 10+ years of working in mental health. Forest Bathing is a slow and mindful treat for our senses in a beautiful natural space. A chance to soothe, restore and connect deeply to nature. This practice is permission to get away from the hectic buzz of daily life and notice the small moments of wonder that often pass us by.Join me on this carefully crafted experience, where you will learn creative nature connection invitations and share with others.
