A Forest Bathing experience is a gentle and contemplative walk, immersed in nature, where you will be guided to awaken your senses and slow down as you connect with your surroundings and yourself. Bring a curious mind and afterwards, a walk in the woods will never be quite the same! Your Guide is certified by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy(ANFT), a global network of guides working in over 65 countries.
