In My Naturecurates Forest Therapy experiences inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku or "forest bathing." We offer easy and pleasant group Forest Therapy sessions as well as private tours, exclusive Forest Therapy weekend retreats and educational workshops. Each Forest Therapy experience creates a deeper connection with nature, ourselves and each other. Typically, each session will be a three-hour leisurely walk on easy trails where we explore different ways to awaken our senses and restore our connection to nature and ourselves. There will be moments of silence as well as sharing our experiences and stories. We will also learn how to readily apply this practice in our daily lives. Every walk ends with freshly brewed tea and healthy snacks. There is no better way for your well-being than a dose of nature's own healing remedy: Forest Therapy!
