This session is open to all genders, and we welcome everyone to join in for a rejuvenating and mindful experience!

We know that running a startup can be challenging, so it’s important to take time to slow down and center yourself. Join us for a Yoga Chair Session, designed to relieve tension and stress while promoting mindfulness. This gentle yet impactful session is perfect for all levels, allowing you to reconnect with your body and mind.

After the yoga session, stay for a Light Self-Discovery activity, where we’ll guide you through a short reflective practice to help unlock your inner clarity and focus. The evening will end with a Sharing Session, providing a space to exchange thoughts and experiences with fellow founders in a supportive community.

Here’s the agenda for the evening:

• 6:45 pm: Register and network
• 7:30 pm: Yoga chair session
• 8:00 pm: Light self-discovery session
• 8:30 pm: Sharing session

All you need to bring is a yoga mat and an open mind! This is a chance to slow down, reflect, and connect with like-minded entrepreneurs.

Don’t forget your yoga mat and business cards for networking opportunities. The venue is within walking distance from Starling Mall, and you can park at Starling Mall or Uptown 7.
