Revs. Leona D. Tatum and Richard A. Tatum I founded Four Winds Christian Ministries, Inc. (FWCM) and Four Winds Christian Church (FWCC). Rev. L. Tatum serves as the president of FWCM and pastor of FWCC. Rev. L. Tatum has also completed three other master’s degrees in business, government, and law. She is currently working on a doctoral degree in Pastor Studies. Rev. R. Tatum also serves on the FWCM executive board and as the associate pastor for FWCC. He is completing a master’s degree in communication (May 2024) and serves as a chaplain for the federal government. Both hold Master of Divinity degrees from Brite Divinity School, Texas Christian University. For the Tatums, whose hearts are to serve humanity—without respect for person—according to their ministry callings, FWCM and FWCC are ministry avenues that promote Christian growth as well as outreach care for local and international communities.
