In 2010 Dan and Julie started Senior Move Managers and De-Clutter Hawaii which assists clients in the transition to the new living environment and/or making adjustments to the current home or moving to a new home. They also developed HI Property Management to keep the house and rent it out.Dan is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and has extensive experience in helping home-owners and investors buy and sell high end homes in Hawaii. Since joining Keller Williams in 2013, The Ihara Team more than doubled their business from $28million to $68million in just 3 years.
