Struggling with low-self esteem, anxiety, and an eating disorder, what began as a physical practice quickly evolved into a transformation journey of self-discovery. Through consistent practice, Sam found solace in the breath, clarity in the mind, and a deepened connection to the self.Sam is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with others. In her classes you will find a supportive and nurturing environment where every student is encouraged to embark on their own journey of self discovery.
