I have had more than 25 years in the health care industry & have been committed to serving people in pain or discomfort either physically as a Registered Massage Therapist or as a Certified Life Coach, to which their pain is often more deep and debilitating. I have helped alleviate the anguish of low self-esteem, lack of self-love, lack of belonging, feeling stuck, frustrated and not being able to find the freedom everyone seems to want. I am familiar with the path of surviving but not thriving. I know from my history that we just don't have to stay powerless, hopeless and disconnected. My passion is knowledge and I read and study a lot. I understand the amazing mind and body connection and have always been able to share with my clients in such a way that they find it easy to gain clarity and do better with their health as then they know how simple this all can be. My event is about transformation. Feeling empowered and becoming Fearless & Free. Psychology has produced some really interesting data in the past few decades, studies have shown our ability to learn, grow, adapt, gain, become and transform. We are warriors. My mission is to lead everyone along the shortest route possible to get the glory of a beautiful life. One person at a time, one step at a time. This leads to a new world.
