Hi, I'm Jo!Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher, Children’s Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher, Reiki Practitioner Levels 1 &2, EFT Tapping Facilitator, Public Education Teacher (Masters of Education)I provide women, parents, kids, and educators with an opportunity to connect to their thoughts, feelings, and actions with loving compassion. This then allows them to navigate and make connections in their professional lives, family lives, and other interpersonal relationships.My offerings include the practices that have been essential in my own emotional regulation which has helped me move towards calming clarity and a passion for the life I have for myself and that I share with others. These practices include yoga, meditation, journaling, mindfulness, EFT tapping, and exploration of one’s life purpose.​Welcome to my community!
