My yoga path, after many years of self-practice, led me to India, where I met fantastic teachers in Hatha and Vinyasa Style.I happily completed 200h Yoga Teacher Training accredited by the Yoga Allowance in Goa.Followed by Well Woman Yoga Therapy Course organised by Uma Dinsmore -Tuli & Siva Mata based London course.It was a life-changing experience leading me into a completely new territory of yoga practice, honouring and nurturing the feminine cyclical nature.I am also deeply inspired by Alexandra Pope & Sjanie Hugo Wurlitzer, founders of Red School revealing the magic of the menstrual cycle.Over the years, I gained clarity that supporting and nurturing Women’s wellness through yoga practice is part of my journey bringing me a sense of fulfillment and pure happiness.I am also a Reiki and Ayurveda practitioner happy to share my experience in those areas.
