Nita of Republic Belly DanceWith a background in soca and dancehall, Nita easily translated that into belly dance. She practiced Shimmy on fitTV one summer in High School and she instantly loved belly dance. She revisited that love in 2017 and hasn't stopped yet.She has focused on Fusion belly dance since started taking classes with Kindred Spirits in Fayetteville. Since then she has performed at various venues, specializes in multiple props, and taught fusion belly dance classes. She even won Semi-Pro Competition only a year after dancing.
