My name is Sylvia. Born and raised in El Paso, Tx. I am a widow, mom of 3 boys, step momma to 2 girls and Grammy to their beautiful babies. I got my personal training certification in 2016. I had always been an athlete and love competition so when I first got my certificate it was because I loved teaching and health and fitness had made such a positive impact in my life, body, and soul that I wanted to share that with others. Women are so amazing. They do so many things in life. We carry our family, work, and everything else that the world throws at us, and yet we rise! I created Fierce Intensity Gym with a sole purpose of helping others, especially women, to regain their inner strength and confidence. Society has tried to define what it is to be a “woman” but God has made you amazing, powerful, strong, independent, creative, intense, full of love and appreciation, and determined to reach your dreams and goals. I opened my gym to bring women together. To help them feel safe as they also begin to feel empowered through their strength.
