Meet Chef Wic!Cooking is his passion! Even after nearly thirty years of experience he still arrives at work excited for what the day will bring. Including the many challenges that comes with owning two restaurants, Trend Urban Café and Guac Taco Studio and Bar.If you have not had the pleasure of experiencing Chef’s Wic’s creations, here is a quick bio of what you can expect. He has over 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with an expertise in catering and serving high volume gourmet restaurants. After obtaining his culinary degree he later returned to that same college and taught culinary courses to help others earn their degree. He takes pride in his craft by seeking out knowledge and trends that keeps him innovative and fluent. His background is made up Ethnic cuisines, that includes Indian, Italian, Jamaican, and Latin. He has served as Executive Chef, for popular golf resorts and trendy restaurants. Chef Wic has also consulted for several Atlanta based restaurants, creating cost effective, yet taste appealing menus that are still being utilized today.Above all, he loves the challenge of preparing great meals that leaves one wanting more. This is quite obvious when dining in either of his establishments. Trend Urban Café offers fresh cooked dishes ranging from top selling vegan options to meat eating options. Not to mention Guac Taco Studio and Bar, that offers gourmet crafted tacos made up of fresh ingredients that you won’t find anywhere else.
