After teaching art for many years at a military charity I finally summoned up the courage to 'go it alone', developing my own work alongside a series of lessons for all abilities.I live and work in Sussex and am inspired by the landscapes, both the countryside and the industrial aspects around me, creating colourful mixed media abstract work using acrylic paint and incorporating handprinted collage.I am a big believer in the positive impact art can have on a persons wellbeing and would encourage anyone whenever possible to set some time aside to be creative in whatever form that takes!
