We operate a private fitness training facility at 5611 NC Highway 55, Suite 102, in South Durham (off Highway 55 - across from the new ABC store).We offer 1 on 1 personal training, partner training (1 trainer with 2 people), trio training (1 trainer with 3 people) and design exercise programs for persons who want to follow a training regimen on their own. These services are designed to help individuals improve their health and skilled-related components of fitness.We also offer yoga as that practice that helps participants improve their neuromotor fitness. We will periodically offer free yoga classes at our facility. Each free yoga class will be posted to attract persons who have never visited our facility before to practice 1 free yoga class. We hope you will be impressed and want to invest in one of our reasonably priced prepaid packages.Our classes will include lectures and workshop that are design to help people with learning strategies for exercising correctly and developing the habit of exercise. We hope the types of events we post on Eventbrite will be events related to improve your helathspan.-Patrick
