Karen is a 500RYT registered yoga teacher, retreat host, astrologer, and Reiki energy worker with 6+ years of experience facilitating wellness experiences in the US, Ireland and the UK. A yoga practitioner since 2010, Karen completed her initial yoga teacher training in San Francisco in 2019 and now teaches yoga in vinyasa, hatha, restorative and nidra styles, focusing her offerings on the ancient and mystical teachings that aid us in liberation from suffering. As a graduate of Portland School of Astrology, she offers 1-1 astrological consultations, focusing on the gifts and strengths and life purpose that are shown in the astrological natal chart.
