While I thrived on connection and drive, I always felt pulled toward something more meaningful.That calling led me to breathwork, somatic practices, and the healing power of presence.My goal — and soul’s purpose — is to share the work that transformed my life, in the hope that it supports those who are ready to find themselves again.
