Hi there! My name is Mariana (she/her), and I am the founder of Commitment to Growth Resilience Coaching and host of The Commitment to Growth Podcast! I am here to create a space for like-minded, personal growth-driven young adults who want to enhance their journey of self-discovery and transformatio by engaging in meaningful inner work amidst a community. My goal as your coach is to meet you at the place between your decision to step into the highest version of you and the start to your journey to help you achieve your authentic life, because this is where most people get intimated and never start. In this conflicting middle ground, I want to be the support that guides you, validates your difficult emotions, and helps you understand them so that you know where your apprehension lies.
